1. Services

TheXtudio provides creative and digital services including YouTube content automation, scriptwriting, video editing, thumbnail design, branding, and digital marketing support. All services are delivered based on the project scope agreed upon before the start of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project details, materials, and instructions.

Any delays in providing required information may affect delivery timelines.

Clients are responsible for securing the necessary rights for any content they provide to us (e.g., images, footage, or audio).

3. Project Timelines

We provide estimated delivery dates for all projects. While we aim to meet deadlines, timelines may shift depending on revisions, client feedback delays, or unexpected technical issues.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions as agreed before starting. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Payments

Pricing and payment terms are shared before the start of each project.

Payments must be made through agreed secure platforms (e.g., Wise, Payoneer, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Fiverr, Upwork, or others).

Work may be paused if payments are delayed.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are considered only if no work has been delivered.

Once project work has started or files have been delivered, refunds are not applicable.

If a project is canceled midway, the client will be billed for the portion of work completed.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients retain full rights to final delivered content once full payment has been received.

TheXtudio reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

TheXtudio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, including lost profits or data. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the project fee paid.

9. Confidentiality

All client information, scripts, and content provided to us remain confidential and are not shared with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
